Tee & Jeans | OOTD

Tee & Jeans

There is nothing more classic than a Jeans and Tee combo! Its a simple outfit that can easily be spiced up with a chunky necklace, funky heels or a cool blazer. However for this post I decided to keep my look minimal and chic. I went for clean cuts and monochromatic colours.  

For this look I paired a high-neck T-shirt with these light grey (slightly hi-waist) skinny jeans. To tie the look together and add some height I opted for black chunky heels (they're definitely my go-to heels- They match nearly any outfit and are so comfy) To complete this minimal look I accessorized with some rings and these dangling earrings.

Banana Cocoa Smoothie | DIY

BANANA COCOA SMOOTHIE

Yesterday I made the BEST smoothie ever! A banana cocoa smoothie. Now I normally don't eat banana but the recipe sounded good, so I decided to give it a try. And by this post, you can guess -I loved it- It tastes like a chocolate milkshake,It has a delicious chocolaty / nutty flavor and you can barely taste the banana. The best part, its totally cool to have for breakfast and it is quite fulling as well. Score!

DIY Banana Cocoa Smoothie:

Serves: One

You'll need:

A blender

1 Small/medium Banana

A few chunks of Pineapple

1 Teaspoon of Cocoa

4 Cubes of Plain Yogurt (I keep mine in the freezer)

1 Teaspoon of Peanut Butter

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Some milk or water for consistency  

Oats (optional - I didn't add any)

Blend Away...

Place all your ingredients into the blender except milk/water, blend for 

about one minute,then add milk/water and blend some more until desired consistency is reached.

Enjoy!

I was recently inspired by a company called Social Print Studio, to showcase some of my favorite looks and let you guys know what they have to offer. Social Print Studio does basically what their name says; they print your pictures (from your social media accounts / other pictures you wish) onto squares, calendars, photo strips, stickers, canvases and my favorite Photo Books to mention a few. Today’s post is an autumn #ootd. For this outfit I incorporated some summer pieces for a summer to autumn transition look. Transitioning pieces from the previous to the current season is an easy way to achieve a balanced, chic and stylish look - if paired correctly. Fortunately, mixing pieces from different seasons is a no-brainer and you can create whatever look you feel works for you, there are no rules!

For this outfit I paired these army green shorts with a cream off the shoulder top, to keep 
warm I opted for a black kimono. For shoes and accessories I went for my favorite black and 
gold heeled booties, my everyday jewelry and a leopard printed cross body.

For today's outfit I  went for some skinny jeans- which are 

hi-waisted. I paired these jeans with a Magenta strappy top. 

As always I opted for these chunky black heels to give me some height.

I kept my accessories simple with my everyday jewelry and cross body. 

Finally to protect myself from the sun I went for a hat and big sunnies.

Hey loves!

Today’s outfit is the perfect combo between grunge and office chic.

This look is simple, comfortable and stylish all at the same time. 

This look can easily go from Day to Night simply by adding a motor jacket or a denim one if you feeling brave. 

For this outfit I paired a sleeveless graphic-Tee with a denim hi waisted pencil skirt.For shoes I opted for 
my current go-to's these chunky black sandals.
 To accessorize I went for my everyday jewelry and this cute leopard print cross-body.

Hey Guys
Today's look is a simple one, that can easily be dressed up or down.
Dress it down with a pair of flats or Dress it up with a chunky statement necklace. It's that easy. And you can never go wrong with MONOCHROME. 

 

For this outfit I paired a soft High neck white tee with a pair of black skinny jeans. To accessorize I went for a big buckled
 black and gold belt, A white sun hat and my everyday jewelry as always.
For shoes I opted for my current go-to's these chunky black sandals

With a dash of Glitter | NOTD

 

Hey guys I am back with another NOTD! 

Let's get right into this quick and EASY nail tutorial.

You'll need the following:

A solid color for the base -- Essence the gel nails in Serendipity
2 types of glitter/ shimmery colors -- A metallic silver & a turquoise and gold glitter varnish
A top coat
A Q-tip
and nail polish remover 

I started with clean smooth nails, then applied my base color, I used Essence in 'Serendipity'.
Next you want to decide which are going to be your accent nails.
I went for my thumb, middle and ring finger.
I painted my thumb and middle finger with the glitter polish and the middle nail with the metallic silver. I did exactly the same on my right hand, just switched the colors around.
 Once my nails were all dry I cleaned up the edges with some nail polish remover and a Q-tip
and finally I sealed it all with a top coat.
